CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients have a 24-hour window to reschedule or cancel their appointments. If they fail to do so within this timeframe—whether it’s a last-minute cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or a same-day cancellation—a 50% fee of the service total will be charged.
